Our prices are per day for the number of people specified, excluding resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning. The resort tax amounts to € 4.00 per person per day. Children and young people under 15 do not pay the resort tax. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is charged once at € 18.00 per person.

• Apart TOP 01 & Apart Seldon: 1 free parking space is at your disposal.
• Apart TOP 02 & Apart TOP 03: 2 free parking spaces are at your disposal.
• If you need additional parking spaces, please make a request before arriving as availability is limited.

Apart Seldon is your alpine home & place of valuable peace - ideal for relaxing hours and families. Despite the lively atmosphere in Sölden, we offer a peaceful & panoramic location away from the hustle and bustle or noisy roads. In order to preserve this relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask our guests to observe nighttime peace from 10:00 pm.

We love animals. However, we also want to be considerate of all our guests. For this reason, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Thank you so much for your understanding!

After the reservation is confirmed, a deposit is due in advance.

Our general cancellation conditions are based on the Austrian hotel regulations:
 

• Up to 2 months prior to arrival: free of charge

• Less than 2 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the stay’s total price

• Less than 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the stay’s total price

• Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 100% of the stays’ total price
   

If there is an official travel warning given by the authorities, we will cancel your reservation free of charge. In general, we recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you can look forward to your alpine break in the scenic Ötztal mountains in an even more relaxed way.
