Booking Details
PRICES
Prices listed are valid for the stated number of persons per day exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning. The resort tax of € 4.00 will be charged separately per person and day. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax. The end-of-stay cleaning is a one-off charge of € 18.00 per person.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 2.00 pm. Check-out until 9.00 am. Please inform us if you arrive later in the evening.
PARKING SPACE
- APART 1 & APART SELDON: 1 free parking space is available here.
- APART 2 & APART 3: 2 free parking spaces are available here.
- If you need more parking spaces, please contact us before your arrival, as there are only a limited number of parking spaces available.
REST & SPACE FOR THOSE SEEKING RELAXATION
Even though Sölden is known as an international party hotspot, our Apart Seldon is a house for those seeking peace and quiet and families. In a quiet panoramic location, just above the village center, we offer space to relax away from the hustle and bustle and street noise. Therefore we ask all our guests to keep the night's rest from 10 pm.

Pets are allowed on prior request.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
As soon as your reservation is confirmed we charge an advance payment.
GENERAL TERMS OF CANCELLATION
The general cancellation conditions and business terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
- 2 months prior to arrival: free of charge
- 2 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking price
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking price
- 1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the total booking price
- In the event of an official travel warning issued by the national authorities, each reservation will be canceled free of charge.
- We recommend to take a travel insurance policy offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung - it also insures travel interruptions etc. in the event of a Covid-19 disease. More about it ...
